Raising money for â€‹

The team at KSS Air Ambulance are all lifesavers. Dispatchers, Doctors, Paramedics, Pilots, Non-clinical Teams, Trustees, and Volunteers – united in their purpose to save lives and ensure the best possible patient outcomes. KSS Air Ambulance relies on public funding to provide life saving services to the general public.  

Challenge Guidelines 

  • Core strength:: 2 minutes of press ups, 2 minutes of sit ups 

  • Swim: 1 Mile ​

  • Fastest swim time and the highest number of repetitions will determine competitors rank.
