Start 6:15pm, finish by 8pm, or earlier.

Entry Fee: £10 minimum sponsorship.

Charity event in aid of the KSS AIR AMBULANCE

All swim squads and pre club

100 IM / 50M ALL STROKES

Lessons - 25m all strokes except butterfly

1, 2, 3 MILES & 5km

(in normal sessions-pre club & swim team)

Swim squad Time Trials in sessions
100m and 200m, all strokes.

200 IM

These Time Trials will accrue as part of training with minimal notice.
